100% Whole Wheat English Muffins
These come together so quickly. Ten minutes of prep, 12 minutes in the oven.
Ingredients (makes eight muffins)
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

5 tbsp butter
3/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
preheat oven to 450°F
mix dry ingredients (flour, powder, salt) together
cut in butter with pastry cutter or two knives
add buttermilk and stir
either roll dough out and cut circles or free form with your hands
line pan with silicone baking mat or parchment and bake for 12 minutes
