Ginger, sesame, cucumber salad

Simple & fresh. Just the way I like it

Ingredients

  • 1 long English cucumber, sliced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger

  • toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. arrange cucumbers on a plate

  2. mix oil, vinegar, maple, syrup, & ginger

  3. drizzle dressing onto cucumbers

  4. sprinkle with sesame seeds

  5. enjoy!

Notes

Gomashio is also an excellent topping here
